What we collect

• Account information (email address, display name) when you create an account
• Journal entries you write within the app
• Usage data (which content you access, streak counts, progress state)

How journal entries are handled

Your journal entries are private. They are never shared with other users, third parties, or advertisers.

When you request an AI reflection, your current entry is sent to generate a response. It is not stored beyond what is needed to deliver your reflection and is not used to train AI models.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). Account authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your rights

• You can delete individual journal entries at any time from within the app.
• You can delete your entire account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• To request data deletion by email, contact support@faithguard.ai.

Third party services

• Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
• OpenAI — AI reflection generation (current entry only, not stored or used for training)
• Expo — app build and delivery infrastructure

Children

Wrestle Journal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
